I offer many services beyond full home remodeling and project management, and I have a payment structure that's very transparent. I charge hourly for design services and if you choose to hire me to work directly with your contractor (if one is required), I will charge 10%-15% of the total renovation budget to be your designer and project manager. No matter how small your project, I will work with you to create your perfect, custom interior.

  • I can meet with you to create a plan, measure and render your space in 3D

  • Design cabinetry for any room of your home

  • Create a mood board to help you visualize your space

  • Select and purchase required materials within your budget

  • Create a project guide so your vision comes to life and no details are left out during your remodel.

• Project Management - If you’re having trouble figuring out where to start, hiring contractors or subcontractors, navigating the permit process, or need someone to keep the project on target with budget and timing, then I can help you! I have planned and executed the remodel of over 100 homes and offered design services to many additional homeowners.

• Color Consultation - I work with Sherwin Williams colors primarily and can help you to make the right decisions when choosing colors. Don't spend thousands of dollars painting your home the wrong color when you could consult with a color expert to choose the colors that will help you achieve your desired look. 

• Furniture & Decor - I'll help you to plan your space by accurately creating furniture layouts and helping you shop for the furniture and decor that will make your home look its best!

• Drawing & Planning - I meet with the client to create a comprehensive plan that you can build. 

• 3D Renderings

• Materials selection & ordering for the client

• Permit Applications (drawing and submittal)

• Inspection Scheduling

• Full Project Management - you hire me so that you can just focus on building quality homes. I manage the crews, schedule the build, keep budgets, and invoice the client.
